I need help with Youtube

Hey guys i need help on my youtube. Yesterday i can play hd videos on youtube with no buffering and today even 144p has a buffering can anyone help me. And the weird thing is i can watch at Twitch with no problem.  I tried restarting my router and my pc nothing happened and i check speed test everything looks fine. Thanks for helping in advance guys.

I think it's not the ISP i can watch youtube on my phone fine too haha i dont know what the f is happening.

Try another browser? Clear cache? If you're using Chrome, uninstall the YouTube app?
