Best GPU for price ? Budget INR 15k

Guys suggest me a good gpu under Rs 15,000.

I have found some deals but i am a first time builder so .

Dude I live in India . I will be paying approximately 330 $ for that GPU in India which is almost double (almost)

Here see If i Buy on New egg the shipping charges at service tax including i will have to pay Rs 20k [330$= 21k inr]
