Mini Itx 2 120mm rads

I wanted to do a mini-itx build with a water cooled cpu and gpu. After about two hours of searching all I was able to find was support for 240mm rads with a singular 120mm fan. Is there a Mini-itx case that can hold the two 120mm radiators?

No. The case has long mounting strips and supports 2x 140mm fans in the front. With 120mm rads, you should have enough wiggle room.
