If your not in US why order from US Amazon? They´ll charge you border fees most likely.

Your build looks good. But if you're getting a 980ti, you should consider a 1440 or 4k monitor.
Otherwise the 980ti is kind of an overkill. You really should wait till the Pascal line drops, too.
As for the 980ti model, they are all solid models. Just get a dual 8 pin model for more power/oc.
I have a preference for MSI cards but that's just me.

[CPU: 4.7ghz I5 6600k] [MBAsus Z170 Pro G] [RAM: G.Skill 2400 16GB(2x8)]

[GPU: MSI Twin Frozr GTX 970] [PSU: XFX Pro 850W] [Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo]
[Storage: 500GB WD HDD / 128GB SanDisk SSD ] [Case: DeepCool Tessaract]

[Keyboard: AZIO MGK1] [Mouse: Logitech G303] [Monitor: 2 x Acer 23" 1080p IPS]

Everything on that list looks to be good. I'm not familiar with silverstone AIOs though so that's the only part I would possibly change. Not sure where you're from but Pascal is supposedly dropping soon and maybe your market will get it sooner rather than later.

Why don't you buy from Newegg.ca?
