Uneffective water cooler

I have an old closed watercooler that had lots of dust on the radiator which i cleaned but the temp still stays in degree 70's celsius. Is there a way to fix this

Replace the thermal paste on the CPU and then it should be fine. But holy hell that's a lot of dust..

how old is it? you may need a new one, but replace the thermal paste first

More than 2 years but i got it in july 2015

I have a Corsair H90 that's older than that, but still works fine. You've got problems with your unit. Yeah, check the thermal paste, but your pump may be dying, too.
