I'd imagine he'd be smart enough not to ever make such a crude generalization. Stuff like that tends to come back to bite you in the ass. "You told me this would be perfect for me! You swore it would work! I'm suing you! Where's your manager?!"

After about a month of working in retail, you learn to keep your damn mouth shut until you know exactly what the customer is after. Until then it's always what has the best markup or something entirely irrelevant like that. Because picking your words carefully doesn't help you either. "It might not be the right choice for you, but my personal opinion about brand X in general is that..." People won't remember that and your word weighs exactly one and a half shits.

 

With that said, Alphacools aren't all bad.
