Browser Download Time Limits

Hi guys,

I am living in a rural area at the moment, with a limited broadband connection. My ISP does, however, allow for free data use between 00:00 and 06:00. 

I was wondering if there is any way to get a browser (preferably chrome) to only download between these hours (I leave my computer on normally at night).

If you don't mind using FireFox, you could use DownThemAll which I believe allows for scheduling.

 

Also, if you use Steam, you should be able to use the built-in download scheduling.
