finally ....... thanx you all ................ oh one more question... my graphic card has no external power supply... so how only it can get burned ?

but im definitly change my PSU as soon as possible...

The PSU can provide patches of iffy power while powering your system and thus starve your GPU of power very briefly while it's under enough load to damage the card.

my current msi gtx 750ti is went down 2 times within 8 months i got 2 brand new cards for replace but somehow its broken now. is it a manufacture problem or mine?

and i hope to get 960 as my replace i have to pay a bit for it. or should i get r9 270x ? for both gaming and editing purpose. special for video editing.

yes, depending on whats powering your system (the psu especially)

armageddon makes good peripherals (headset, keyboard and mouse, i can vouch for them)

but their psu is... not that great

or it could also be ram issue, ive seen skylake being quite picky with ram. so there's that

ram wont break the gpu, but it might cause the system to not turn on since skylake might refuse to work with it

but if you say its a burnt transistor, it probably is the bad PSU causing all these

Considering that PSU is bloody terrible I doubt it could be anything else.

I completely agree with going for the M12II, but should also note: If it's the aurum xilencer 500w 80+ gold, then it is quite good.
