Gpu/Cpu and Case Temps

Hi, recently just joined these, I recently just built my gaming Computer..

-i7 6700K

- MSI 980 TI

- Asus hero Maximus VIII

and more to follow if need be but thinking I might have problems with my Temps I'm new to all this but, I play WoW and my Gpu temps get to tops 45C and Cpu Cores around 20-25C and case temp of 102C. Just started playing The division and now my GPU peaks at 85C.... Cores about 60C and case 112-116C now shouldn't those be lower or is it just right while under load. I have a Corsair 750D airflow 2 140MM fans in front for Intake 140MM in back for exhaust and a H110i GTX with 2 140 MM for radiator as Exhaust as well.. if someone can help me out or maybe give me directions it would be greatly appreciated.

what are you reading off from? its probably inaccurate

reference or blower style cooler?

did you overclock?

its a MSI 980 TI has the two fans and the radiator and no I did not over clock. and I was reading from the NZXT Sentry 3 controlling my 3 fans the two in front and 1 in the back and have the sensor in the middle of the case
