PC Freeze Issue

I have this reoccurring problem where my PC will freeze and play an audio loop of the audio that was played before the crash. I have all my drivers updated. Im trying to download a 35 GB thing from MegaSync and my PC crashes causing me to lose my progress from 10 GB downloaded of it.. FML 

MY SPECS:

CPU: AMD A6-3600 2.1 GHz Quad Core

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6570 2GB

RAM: 8 GB

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Anyone know how to resume the download after it crashes?

well i know orbit downloader allows resume of download, though im not sure about now

the last time i used it was a couple years ago
