What to do on a "date"?

Sooooooooooo, I was unsuccessful with Tinder. Most of the girls there stop replying after a few messages. What's weird is that they don't even unmatch you.

 

Anyways,

There's this "random" girl.

Facebook friend but I don't really know her.

She's (allegedly) my class mate when I was in 1st Grade. But she switched schools for 2nd & 3rd, then came back for the rest of elementary grades.

(Another) But, I switched schools after 3rd grade, sooo basically, we were (allegedly) classmates for 1 year only.

That was 15 years ago.

 

Moving on, recently, for the first time, she PM'd me in facebook (but we've already been FB friends for a few years).

"You're <insert my nickname here> right?"

 I kinda promised to get coffee at a cafe where she's a barista (weekend).

Now here's the real question, did I just get myself a date?

Girls are very hard to read. Especially on chat.

I'm not even sure what to do when I get there. IT IS SOOO FAARR FROM HOME (AND MUCH MORE FROM WORK). Like 3-4 cities away. AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CAR. WHAT DID AGGGHHGHGH

Sorry for the weird offtopic posts. I don't like reddit/4chan so LTT is the only place to go.

And I actually have friends who I talk to this with, but it's a weekday at work and I'm bored.

I didn't exactly agree, I meant it as a joke "I'll get coffee there!" and then she's like "I'm on the night shift".

Being me, I just agreed and told her I'll be there this weekend.

It is exactly 11km away. I may have exaggerated. I can actually take a cab/Uber.
