Best browser for battery?

Hey guys, just recently got a Asus UX305CA. Was wondering which web browser gives the best battery life?

 

Microsoft Edge is really fast, great battery, but for some reason Edge just freezes up whenever it feels like it and I would have to force restart my laptop. 

 

Chrome on the other hand does everything just fine, but it has been notorious for poor battery life.

 

Firefox, I can't lower the default zoom level for some reason. 

 

Right now I'm switching between Chrome Beta and Edge.

I'd say if you could fix the zoom issue in Firefox, then Firefox is probably your best bet for long battery life.

Maybe try Vivaldi? It's built off of Chromium and the guy who started Opera made Vivaldi; which brings up Opera as a possible choice as well.

I would still go with Chrome, because I don't like any of the other browsers apart from Opera.
But it's easier to sync data with Chrome than it is with Opera.

I was thinkin of Vivaldi and Opera, but since they are both based off Chromium, won't their battery life be similar as well? I use Vivaldi on my desktop btw

I just remembered why I uninstalled Firefox. Its cause of some weird visual artefacts like these.

 

Currently running the latest 64bit version of it. Can't figure out why this is happening.
