Have you tried clearing the CMOS? easy way to do that is to unplug your machine, Remove the cmos battery, hold the power button for about 30 secs (with the pc still unplugged) put in the battery and plug in power and see if boots then. 

If that doesnt work there should be something like a button or a set of pins, press the clear cmos button of if you have pins just short the pins with something like a key.

Do you have a system speaker? If so is it giving of any beep codes? You can get separate ones at some computer shops most of the time.

I have BCLK oc for around 4 ghz on my processor. Was working fine for 7 days till now it wont post. THis has happened once before when i had not overclocked. PLZ HELP. i have already cleared the c mos and it is still not working

Unfortunately, Intel decided to be a dick and shit on everyone's parade, by dropping support for BLCK overclocking via a microcode patch. Try without the overclock.

A few hours ago it was working ok. Then after that i restarted my computer and it hanged. then i shut it down and left it. I came back later and now i is not posting . I have tried everything. I even clears the c mos.
