Which one would be better for a $1800 AUD budget just for the hardware? I would have the EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W PSU for the i5 build, but there isn't an AUD price listing for it, so I just added the 750W.

 

What could I change for either of the builds, or are they good as is?

 

And yes, I ended up deciding to go with the R9 390 for the extra performance for ~same price as the 970.

The i5 build if you're solely gaming.

 

You've paired an unsuitable PSU and a H97 with an unlocked CPU for the i7 build.
