Windows app backup?

Is it possible to backup an app from the windows (10) store so I can restore the app config after a clean windows 10 install? Specifically I need it for Pin More, as redoing all of the configuration takes over an hour for me...

I do believe apps are located in AppData\Local\Packages\<App.Name>

Installing fresh ones and putting the folder ontop of it might restore the config, thats what I do with my programs that have stuff saved in AppData when I reinstall.

I did try that with Pin More previously but it did not work for some reason, it would not let me replace a specific file, even with admin rights...
