I recently upgraded my computer with a new motherboard and CPU. I have no problems hardware-wise everything posted fine but the problem is I can't fully boot Windows 7 or get the disc to autorun for the drivers. I really don't know what the next step is to fix it so I need some help. The motherboard is in MSI z97 PC mate and the CPU is an Intel Core i5. I can boot to the click bios 4 but the problem is I can't go farther than that if I try booting Windows 7 it just blue screens very swiftly and then reboots. I don't hear any beeps from the motherboard and the fans just work normally, albiet not pulsing, but intensifying when I first boot.

Are you moving an old hard drive into this build with this new motherboard and CPU? You may need to wipe the drive and reinstall... Moving new hardware isn't always as simple as "old out, new in."

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/

Well I am if that's the issue I'm probably going to have to buy a new hard drive and transfer all my files and stuff over to the new one. Are you completely sure that this is the issue? I don't want to jump to conclusions on buying a new hard drive.
