1. Budget and Location: $300-400 (about $500 if a GPU or CPU is expensive and strong enough), the location is USA.

2. Aim: Strictly for Gaming (concentrating on a small form factor PC)

3. Monitors: Don't need one. I can use my TV as a monitor to display the screen.

4. Peripherals: Just a normal and cheap keyboard is all I need.

5. Why am I upgrading?: I'm trying to get away from my current laptop that can't perform well with graphic-demanding AAA games I have stored on my Steam library after so much testing, and I couldn't take it anymore. The reason why I'm upgrading to a small form factor gaming PC build is that I want to stream certain power-hungry games via HDMI with my AVerMedia ExtremeCap U3 capture device on Twitch most of the time.

If anyone would like to help me plan out a good build to purchase parts for later, I'd appreciate that as a thanks in advance.

That's fine. I don't mind exceeding the budget a little with Gaming mouse and keyboard.
