Will it work

Go to solution Solved by Djole123,

1) Yes, but don't get CX PSU's. They are cheap but very low quality.

2) Yes

3) No

This is my current pc:

Joshua-H61-uATX

Intel Core i5-3350P

8 GB DDR3 - 1600MHz

NVIDIA GeForce GT 630

1 TB HDD

300W PSU

I was thinking about upgrading my Graphics Card and Power Supply, to a MSI GTX 960 2GB gaming and a Corsair CX600W.

1. Is 600W enough.

2. Will it work considering it's from a GT 630 to a GTX 960.

3. Will the GTX 960 be so powerful compared to my other components, that it won't reach its full potential.

1. 600W is plenty for a 960

2. Yes, it should work, just check drivers and that the case is big enough to physically fit the 960.

3.I would assume that the i5 3350p would keep up with the 960 but look at the otehr replies

Thanks, I would also assume that the CPU will keep up with the GPU but its just that it's a i5 3. generation so...

I am getting a new case so that won't be a problem
