Changed the res/pump in my loop today and one of the tubes came loose and leaked a bunch on both of my 780s (still with windforce stock coolers, not in the loop), causing them both to stop working. The fluid was this stuff https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-ekoolant-pastel-red-concentrate-250ml with distilled water. They both had quite large puddles on them by the time I crashed and noticed so I suppose it was at least mostly non conductive. Cleaned them both with isopropyl alcohol and one of them seems to have recovered without issue so far. The other one posts but with blue horizontal changing lines in a semi grid like array and will not boot into windows, guessing nvidia drivers don't like it. From what I can tell it's a vram issue and my current plan is to leave it for a while to possibly evaporate some remaining liquid. Does anyone have any ideas to fix it or is it completely stuffed?

Enthusiast or just wanted it i guess

This and to make it quieter. Will have GPU in the loop, just didn't want to get two 780 blocks that I'll be replacing once 1080 comes out. Also someone gave up on water cooling and was selling a pile of stuff cheap

put it in a bag of rice in a dry place and wait a couple of weeks. the rice should leach out moisture

That bag of rice trick doesn't work.

OP, dissassemble the cards and dry out as much water as you can, and then leave it all out for a week or so. If you see any water residue, clean it with some alchohol, let that dry completely, and once you're 100% sure it's dry, put it back together and boot 'er up.

Hairdry it and leave it upside down on a heater for 6 hours or so. That's what I do when drying off motherboards etc after subzero runs.
