Stop rotating your headphones?

 

Spin your headphones whichever way until the cable no longer bunches up, then be very careful to not ever rotate it?

I never rotate them

 

What i want is like... something i can put around the cable to stop this

Okay.

 

For something you could put around the cable, I'd suggest maybe some twisty ties that you can use to bunch up all the unnecessary cable in a friendly way, so that there is only the necessary amount plus a small amount?

get headphones that don't have a crap cable?

 

I would actually stretch it out straight, and lay it in the sun. The heat might help to 'iron' the cable out a bit, so that it will stay straight.
