can you tell me that this rig would work?

powersup.: Cooler Master GM Series G750M - 750W
Motherboard: MSI Z170A Tomahawk 
Processor: Intel Core i7-6700K - Boxed
gpu: MSI GeForce GTX 970 - Gaming - 4GB GDDR5
HDD: Western digital Blue - 1TB
SSD: Kingston Technology SSDNow V300 - 240GB 

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX - DDR4-2400 - Zwart - 16GB
cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

but i would change a few parts,

PSU -> something more reliable like EVGA G2 550W

GPU -> R9 390 or pascal

SSD -> something more reliable, like samsung 850 evo, the v300 has issues

CPU Cooler -> something better if you wanna OC

I'm really suprise that someone else here uses the G750M except me here. On the other hand I have this PSU for some time now and it works fine. But if you don't have it already then go for something with 80 gold and less power. You don't need 750W for this rig.
