Deleting Undeletable

Hi guys, could you tell me how to delete this folder. Its had a copy of windows and program files inside and takes up 10Gb that i could use right now. i'm on Windows 10 right know, but i think i had it since windows 8.

pretty sure you can tweak at the properties -> security

 

but i wouldnt touch it if i were you, if it contains windows files
