What do you think about products of this corporation? Are there as good as written in specs? If i read the specs should it show me how good headphones are? Is it possible that headphones with worse parameters could be better than ones with better parameters?

I wouldn't say they sound better because of the specs, but I don't doubt they sound better because they're headphones from an audio company instead of a headset from a gaming peripheral company.
