Problems with new hard drive

It's disk 1 at the bottom. You need to right click the hashed rectangle and then select create new volume (or something similar)

Hi i have a problem i cant seem to find my disk on the pc but when i enter bios it ays its there but its not on the pc please help the hard drive name is western digital 1 terabyte

CPU:Intel Core i5 6600K 3,5GHz  Motherboard: Z170 PRO GAMING  RAM: HyperX X Fury black DDR4 2x4GB

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7800 series Case: some random shit tho it is gonna be upgraded Storage: SanDisk SSD Plus 240GB Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Display: Asus VS278Q Keyboard: Roccat Arvo Mouse:Razer Naga 2015 Edition OS:Windows 10

Also did you make sure the power adapter and sata cables are plugged in correctly? also disk management. check there like Oshino said. May need to assign it and format for the computer to read it.

yes i detected it in the manager sorry for miss info but i was cunfused i did not see it togheter with the other disks

Have you tried switching the cable and SATA port you're using? If it's on a different SATA controller to your other drive(s), you may need to install the drivers for the controller. 

 

Also, could you post a screenshot of your diskmanagement screen? Sometimes people miss the drive.
