Apple = Bloatware?

There were three background processes that are Apple-generated that each mop up about 25% of my cpu.
None of them, after having closed them in TM, changed how Itunes or charging performed or ran.
From what I can see (Plus all the stuff about Quicktime) Apple is trying to make PC users suffer with bloatware and vulnerability problems.

(The phone wasn't my pick, don't worry.)
I will check what I can to make sure it isn't a very disguised malware, but from what I can see it's Apple software.
If anyone knows how to stop these programs from opening while Itunes is running that would be a huge help.
There is software to block a specific exe from running, or you can rename it to mobiledevicehelper.exe.bak to keep it from running. If itunes has issues, you can just remove the .bak. Also, make sure to remove itunes from startup.
P.S. easy way of getting to the service exe is right click and click open file location, in case you didn't know)
