Help choosing parts :(

Arcynova

Sorry in advance if posted in wrong place :(

So I have 2 friends who are trying to get into streaming and I'm not a great part picker,

The budgets are 2,500 CAD (Approx 2,000$ USD) and 1,500 CAD (Approx 1,200$ USD)

will really appreciate help , these are meant for the tower only with no peripherals and they're interested in windows 10 which should be added to the budgets mentioned

Thanks in advance <3

**EDIT** After talking to one of them I realized the looks of cases mattered a lot to them and would appreciate multiple case options

I don't know how it is in your country but here every student and alumni gets free windows from school/uni. I always see people buying windows for a lot of money. G2play has windows 10 for 25 bucks. http://www.g2play.net/category/19429/windows-10-professional-oem-key/

I get Windows 7 ult, 8 pro and 10 pro free thanks to school, hopefully they get restocked eventually as they are all used.

Microsoft stated in an email to all the students that when they graduate, the keys will be made unavailable to the students. My own experience is that they all work. even activated on multiple devices.
