I'm new here and need some assistance im trying to put together a gaming rig. I want to buy a decent graphics card when I get paid but until then I'm working with a xpc shuttle with 16gb ram and a i7-3770 at 3.4ghz that my dad gave to us for my wife's birthday. It is fairly newer. I'm working with a limited power supply but want to transfer the components to a better aftermarket case and can upgrade the power supply and then mother board later, limited budget. I don't know if I can reuse the cooler as it seems proprietary for this case. I also have two 2tb hard drives in it. I also have a donor hp desktop that has a GeForce 220, i7-950 4 two gig ram sticks, and a 1.5 tb hd. Should I use the 220 in the shuttle for now or is the onboard graphics going to be better? Also looking for ideas on what to do with these two systems as far as cases I could use and parts to upgrade and in what order I should do so. I'd like to have a gaming rig and use the other system for storage/media. I added some pictures for reference. The first power supply is the one in the hp and last is the small powersupply in the shuttle. Thanks for any input.

So you need to upgrade your PSU and GPU?

here are some decent options, also the 380 4GB card will be perfect for 1080p gaming

I would like to upgrade the gpu then case and powersupply and cooler. I'm working with two systems currently. I want to do the gaming rig then a media/storage build. I was thinking a gpu around the around 100-200 for now. I don't know how limited the motherboard is as far as options for upgrading down the road and what case it would fit into. So I think I will have to upgrade the motherboard too. The only thing i will keep long term in the gaming rig is probably the cpu, ram, and hdds.
