windows 10 vs 8.1pro

so i am doing a fresh install of windows on my pc should i reinstall windows 8.1pro and use it or upgrade to the windows 10 after i fresh install 8.1 pro again (because it give you the pro edition of windows 10)

upgrading leaves a ton of junk behind

 

i normally only advice people to upgrade to see if they liked it or if their computer is compatible

then if they decide they want it, i advice them to do a clean install, less junk

I advise the upgrade. You shouldn't have any trouble upgrading from a clean install. I didn't when I did the exact same thing.
