Well, as it actually says, i have this machine
CPU:4790k at 4.4GHz and baseclock at 100 MHz (i think this is the stock velocity i really dont know)

Mobo: MSI Gaming 3

PSU: Thermal Take TR2 600W

GPU: GTX 970 SSC

Watercooling: NZXT X61

3 HDD

5 120mm Fans

and well, i just want to know if my build will get over the CPU overclock , and how is supoused to make the overclock (i think that at 4.7 it will be fine)
Im kind of a newbie, so i need LOT of help to make this, or to get info about this.
Thanks to all!

I lol'd at this.

But seriously, the generally stable OC most people achieve with the 4790k, is 4.5GHz. You can OC by using your motherboard's BIOS.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

To avoid tears, read a comprehensive guide on overclocking before you begin.

Also - given your " (i think this is the stock velocity i really dont know)" it's probably worth also reading up on computers.

As @megratruch said, follow that guide and do some reading. I could try to explain it, but there are much better guides out there.

PS: "i think this is the stock velocity i really dont know" - That's the hardest I've laughed all day. Thank you, and happy overclocking!

Don't feel bad mate! Ya gotta start somewhere. I thought having a 4 core CPU meant that there where literally 4 different CPU's. At least, when I started. Sometimes we all mess up, although some screw up worse then others. :D
