Well how much are you willing to spend? As for like 500 bucks it's better just to build something new most likely unless you get that one really cheap.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I have Checked out prices for all the parts on Google in USD

The only thing still worth anything major would be the case, as it's a standard pretty overpriced Lian Li case, otherwise the CPU is passable but old, and the GPUs are really old.

see if he can let go for around 350, this pc should still give you decent fps in medium-high settings, provided the gtx 580 aren't 1.5gb ones.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W
