I would suggest an R9 390/6700k/16gb RAM build. Basically everything else is personal choice. Definitely get an ssd though.

good enough for 1080p gaming, do you need peripherals?

do you stream your game? is there anything you're doing other than gaming?

great list, with OP's budget he could get a 6700k and I would highly suggest an Asus Motherboard and maybe a Strix card

and maybe streaming in the future but yeah just 1080p

then swap the cpu in my build with an i7 6700k if you're using cpu encoding softwares like OBS

other than that, maybe the PSU to an EVGA P2 650W, which is cheaper but offers great quality as well

very true, but I will always recommend Asus parts. They are the only brand I have had no big issues with (maybe I'm just lucky)

You might need some of those, yeah... 1080p monitor, basic gaming mouse and Logitech g-series keyboard of your choice (non-mechanical, because money, also noisy on streams)

asus motherboard is fine, msi is great as well, i trust these two for motherboard

but for gpu cooler, asus strix on AMD cards are piss poor performance im afraid... and not very stellar on nvidia cards as well

best AMD gpu coolars are Sapphire, MSI and XFX, the ones to avoid for amd gpu are gigabyte windforce and asus strix

Strix coolers suck on most cards. Its horribly designed. EVGA, Sapphire, XFX, and MSI all make amazing coolers

Might be the card. On the 390 it gets 90c under load at stock speeds

Spoiler

1) swapped cpu cooler to AIO :P ill recommend an air cooler if you're scared of liquid in your system

2) changed the case to a N450 to accomodate the AIO, and its a premium case, and im using one

3) changed the psu to a cheaper one, but the reliability is the same

4) you can get windows from cheaper sources

5) two monitors, pick one, depends if you dont mind colour accuracy and just want a decent monitor :P im using the VX239H and the colour is superb, highly recommended

6) great keyboard and mouse bundle ;)

all and all this is a red/black themed build xD

also, remember to quote the person you're replying so they'll get a notification and will read the reply ;)

and welcome to the forums if its not too late :P
