Yes, depending on the software you installed. For example, if you install Visual Studio, which looks like you did, than a big yea.

Visual Studio supports multiple versions of .NET, C++, ASP.NET, SQL and more, so all the stuff needs to be installed.

Do you actually use the SQL server? If not, you can safely uninstall that

In terms of Visual C++ and .Net framework, I don't know how the versions works. It would probably be fine to uninstall everything and reinstall just the latest ones, though I'm not sure. Don't do this, it'll just reinstall everything

Each one of those is a different library for each program that you have installed.  Generally, they're needed for your programs to run correctly.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

NO this will not work.  The reason why you cant do this is because they each have different libraries.  Most of these are develop made libraries.

Simply put, if you uninstall them, next time you try to run Visual Studio or any program that uses older libraries, chances are you'll have to install them all over again.

Althought Microsoft shows them as if they were programs (which they aren't), think about them like they were like a C compiler (which again they aren't, but is closer than treating them as programs).

You could uninstall Microsoft One Drive, that's probably the only program in that list you could safely uninstall. All the rest are there for a reason, whether it's for an old uninstalled program or not. Why risk uninstalling them for an extra 200mb?
