Need advice for first build!!!

Thumpgun79

So I am setting out on my first build.  I would like an overall system.  I do a little photo editing, a play a few games like Crysis 2 and I stream a lot of movies.  I would like for expansion and I really just don't want to have problems running anything. My budget is $3500 USD and I do have a little wiggle room depending.  However, this needs to include a new display/displays, preferably 4K.  I have 2 Death Adder mice that I rotate out and a Steel Series keyboard that I'm happy with.  So, give me some ideas..

No reason to get Haswell E because the new one is coming out pretty soon. It will be 3 mouths or so.

Be realistic guys...
If he isn't even going to play that much, why would he need two GTX 980Tis?

Makes a little more sense to me, but still I wouldn't recommend a R9 390 if he wants to play games at 4K.
One 980Ti makes the most sense. Also for photo editing, even if it isn't a lot right now, I still recommend a 4core/8thread part. I know the feeling of images beeing rendered slowly.

Here is what I came up with:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($348.98 @ NCIX US)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! PURE ROCK 51.7 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  ($49.95 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Asus Z170-E ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($104.59 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory  ($57.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($86.88 @ Amazon)

Case: Fractal Design Define S w/Window ATX Mid Tower Case  ($69.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA P2 650W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($74.99 @ NCIX US)
Monitor: Samsung U28D590D 60Hz 28.0" Monitor  ($399.99 @ Best Buy)
Total: $1792.12

I think he wants to watch things in 4K 1440p is still way better than 1080p so he can always scale down

If you're correct, I take everything back I said. Then the R9 390 would make a ton more sense.

I would also, add that I don't game a lot for lack of a proper system.  So, the gaming will increase.
