'One or more network protocols are missing on this computer'

Simply put my ethernet is unable to connect to the router, unidentified network. No matter if i try rebooting my PC it will just stay with the troubleshooting message: one or more network protocols missing on this computer. This is windows 10 and it used to do this temporarily for a minute then it would come back on, this its been 4 hours and it doesnt work from a reboot like it did the others times before, after 4 hours it still says this message.

happened  to me to just have windows troubleshoot it, windows should fix it

 

Ubuntu 24.04 on Ryzen 5 5600x and GTX 1070

Mint 22 on Razer Blade i7-11800h and RTX 3070

Yeah that's my point, I kept doing that when it happened before and it always worked, this time it wont fix it at all...
