I have my sisters old Asus X502C laptop with intel I3 in it, i have the keyboard out, and she says she spilled water on it, and some of the keys dont seem to work. Any way to help clean this type of keyboard?

It's a standard laptop keyboard as far as I can tell. Looks like you can get a replacement off Amazon for like $25. You might be able to "clean" it but from the sounds of it the keyboard is just shot if only select keys aren't working.

Seems to be only the space bar not clicking when you press it, and then the M key

Ok, have you already disassembled it then and tried taking those individual keys off already?

I'm pretty sure you'll have to get a new keyboard entirely as I can't see just plain water causing issues with it other than shorting things out.

If it was soda or something then yeah you're better off just dropping the $25 for a new one still because that crap takes forever to get cleaned up fully lol

I took the keys off yes. I could use 70% rubbing alcohol or something maybe?

70% will work fine as long as he allows it to dry fully before plugging it back in. It'll still evaporate pretty quickly.

Well, true dat. Of course 99% is usually a better solvent, but since you're not trying to remove industrial strength glue you'll be fine with 70%. Just make sure to let it dry.
