Cloning Raid 0 to 1 SSD

Hi there guys I'm currently running 2x 128GB ssd in Raid 0 and I'm now planning to upgrade to a 1tb Samsung 850 evo ssd just wanted to know if i can clone my 2x 128gb to the 1tb as that is where all my windows applications are stored.
