Keyboard Randomly Changed Keys

I'm using a UK keyboard layout. Literally, just checked region and language to make sure. Usually Shift + F2 is " but now it's @. I haven't changed anything. At all! Any ideas?

check keyboard layouts under language... i had windows 10 reset to USA keyboard every god damn time after upgrade, had a clean install, now it doesn't remember which apps i let to use internet so it asks every time... wouldn't let me remove USA one too.

Just try hold down the windows key and press space

No problem, my Granddad had this problem the other day

Alt + Shift also fixes this issue.
