Hi guys,

I need some help diagnosing a slight issue. My computer outputs a fair bit of noise, I wouldn't call it loud but its definitely not quiet, sounds a bit like a desk fan on setting 2, if you can understand.

I opened the side panel and couldn't work out where the noise is coming from. The noise isn't whiny or ticking, its like a loud fan noise.

My specs are in my signature and I am using 2 stock corsair fans and the 2 stock coolermaster fans for the Seidon 240m

I have a suspicion its either the power supply or graphics card. Also I think I am close to maxing the PSU since I have a 3930k and GTX 770 so I am worried it may be under a lot of load. Should I be worried about using a 650w for my build? I do plan to overclock it, after a "rough" over clock the CPU was reporting upwards of 150w at only 4GHz.

All fans are controlled by the motherboard and usually report speeds of 1000rpm.

Thanks for help in advance

You try putting your ear up to the different fans? It might help to block the opposite ear from getting sound(as best as possible).

Corsair fans and stock AIO fans aren't exactly quiet.

What's your fan orientation so far? (For case AND cooler.)
