So, after moving from console

faglord

I jumped to pc gaming. My first build was a fx 6300 cpu with a r9 380 gpu. I couldn't wait to fire that thing up and enjoy the master race gaming until everything i played started stuttering/frame lag, like EVERYTHING. The stuttering/frame lag issue changed the way i play games now because no matter what i'm playing, i have to keep my eyes on the fps, temp, cpu/gpu usage just to tell myself that my game is not stuttering. 2 week later i bought a i5 4460 and 75hz freesync monitor in hope to fix the stuttering/frame lag issue (which they did by alot but things still don't feel smooth). Anyway the thing here is, for some reason i can't manage to play single player games anymore, no matter what game it is. I tried games like Assassin creed brotherhood (which had horrible fps drop on my i5 4460 btw), Dark soul 3, TC: Blacklist, Just cause 2 but i get bored like VERY quick. I never got bored when i played single player games on the ps4 so idk why i feel like this now. Can this be due to the stutter fear i have now?

Well back to the topic at hand, are you sure the monitor is plugged into the gpu and not into the mobo? GPU usage seems unusally low...

Have you tried playing with the game settings? Default isn't always the best option.

And Intel is better for CPU's for many, many reasons including history, business, and, stuff I doubt you would understand. And nVidia has more experience creating high end GPUs which most gamers buy so people think they are everything

In order to figure out if there are any problems (shouldn't be your hardware) we need a lot more information. What settings are you using, what cable are you using from your monitor to your pc, is everything set up correctly basically is what we need to know.
