Pc audio

When i talk to like teamspeak or skype all sound shut down besides the skype or teamspeak audio... So i cant hear my games music or youtube on my pc

... Help!.

Go to 'Sound' in the control panel (or search for 'Sound' in the start menu) then select the Communications tab at the top and make sure the option is set to 'Do nothing.'

Check both TS3 and Skype settings. There are settings where it doesn't lower system audio when someone is talking.

I don't think you'll have to restart to have it take effect. Also in teamspeak, go to settings-> plugins, and disable the volume plugin if it's installed. I think that lowers volume when you speak as well. As said above, check skype settings too. There might be a similar setting in there, but I'm not sure.
