Psu upgrade for mini itx ?

hey guys looking t o upgrade to the 980 ti when the new gpus launch making it cheaper  but wanna have enough juice 

wanna beable to max games again after upgrading to 1440p from 1080p

 

current specs 

coolermaster elite 130 mini itx case

asus h97i (can overclock with the bios update  from asus but i proberly wont bother)

i5 4690 (will try to upgrade to a 4970 (if i can find stock dont wanna buy a new motherboard to do sky lake and cpu isnt to bad just will take a hit when streaming to twitch)

16 gb 1600 ddr 3 gskil ram

240 gb ssd 

rm 550 psu 

gtx 970 g1 gaming

 

looking for one that will

a) fit 

b) the cables are super long (like this one )

c) quiet 

d) enough room to go a bit higher if needed ie get a overclockable cpu or 

 

not fussed on brands rather not go overboard its only a mini itx so i wont be going sli and oncve i get a i7 and 980ti i doubt ill upgrade for atleast 2 -4 years

Why not just keep your RM? It has plenty of wattage for a 980ti and i7.

nvidia says 650 needed ?  if thats the case im super happy just gotta fix my other issue with the pci lanes issue on my mobo
