power state driver failure

A copple of weeks ago i installed windows 10 on my laptop, but a cople of days ago i did get an BSOD with the power state driver failure error. this happend when i started working in solidworks.

Because i didn't had anything else important on my laptop i did a complete reinstall of windows, I thought that would solve the error. But after reinstalling the standard drivers i did get the same error with solidworks again. A couple of other games i had installed did work fine.
Does anyone know which drivers could cause this problem?
