Windows 10 black screen w. cursor after login

Hi, so my pc suddenly started to come up with a black screen and cursor after i logged in, the login animation (where it says welcome) now takes longer than normal and as i said, it comes with the black screen and cursor. i can use ctrl+alt+del to get into task manager, and i tried to run explorer.exe in there, this worked and i can now access my desktop, but, how do i fix so i dont have to do this everytime i login?

 

Also on a side note, i dont know if it is to any importance, when the black screen with cursor is up theres a little tap open for settings for a windows script host or something, dont know what it is.
