What is this cable?

I got a racing wheel off eBay (they're waaaaay too expensive regularly)

the pedals came with this weird Xbox cable (I dont have an Xbox) and have no idea what it is or how I can plug the pedals into my pc.

If I cant use the pedals with my PC, how do I assign a button on the wheel to accelerate and brake?

 

P.S: The wheel didn't come with a clamp either... -____-

so where do I get a spare one?

I can't really say what you got if you got it off of ebay. Do you have a picture of the cable or connector @verydogesuchwow ?

The pedals should plug into the steering wheel.

is there a plug on the wheel itself that you can plug the pedals into, that is how logitech do it, they use a weird plug then connect it to the wheel which has a usb cable attached to it. maybe the same situation.
