HI !

The B85I uses BIOS to boot up but i have a 3tb hdd.

Since i am planning to do a switch to this mobo what does this exactly mean? can't i use it anymore ? or does windows pick it up ?

I am booting from my 128GB SSD so it isn't my boot device also it runs at 5400rpm if you guys need to know.

You would think Ubisoft would support the Bulldozer based architectures more given their digging themed names like bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller and Excavator.

If you are talking about the 2tb limit on MBR (Master boot record) formatting, your 2tb if used as a slave drive should be formatted as either gpt, or nfts, and if it is then you should be fine neither bios or uefi will limit hard drive size.
