AMD GPU scaling mode not working

Hello,

 

I would like to play some old games without it stretching over the entire monitor.

The problem is, is that I already changed between the 3 scaling modes, and nothing changed.

 

I would like to have the original resolution with black bars on the sides and top, not stretched.
