Can you check it not knowing that. I bought it off used and i dont know any ways to tell the model not having the packaging...

Desktop, right click and select "screen resolution"

 

That's what res you're running on.

If it's lower than 1920x1080 then it's not 1080p.

So you pretty much have 720p.

 

720p is 1280x720

if you running off integrated graphics it your resolution may be lower than the monitor native output. Did you see if there is a higher resolution available?
