I'm using the tesoro excalibur spectrum

when i use it for some time , my right forearm becomes sore.

I checked my posture and keyboard position, and it seems fine

I think  that maybe its because my keyboard is relatively tall and my wrist has to bend upwards to type.

How do i solve this problem, would using a wrist rest help

(The spacebar is also too tall and straight for it to be very comfortable, but that is not the point)

I have a Excalibur Spectrum too, and I have a memory gel wrist rest, it kinda helps, it kinda doesn't, the wrist rest itself is tall too so........

won't making the wrists on the same plane as the keyboard improve the ergonomics?

i got this keyboard a month ago, i already can't wait to get a new one

Well, the height is something I'm kinda alright with, its the Kailh switches that kills me. These fegits are not consistent throughout the board. What switches did you get yours in?

EDIT: And yes I'm getting another keyboard too, maybe a Vamilo VA87MR.

kailh blue, im pretty ok with the switch with one exception, the letter p. somehow only sometimes when i  press p, it gets stuck for a milisecond. But when i try to test it with another more sensitive finger the switch feels identical with the others. Bottomline is that i can't really feel the inconsistencies of the switches ( because this is my first mechanical keyboard).

I want something customizable , maybe something from WASD, and get them custom keycaps. But probably won't get it anytime soon.

Massdrop has a bunch of keyboard drops all the time, check it out there. Some of them have a lot of options to choose from. There are also keycap sets.
