VGA Doesn't Work Until BIOS Reset

When  I turned on my PC every time VGA doesn't work(No Fan Spinning or Display) until I Reset Bios Using onboard VGA, I only changed "Ai Overclock Tuner" to X.M.P on BIOS

MB : ASUS P8Z77V LX

VGA : EVGA GT440

Check your gpu extra power connectors. Sound like gpu isn't getting enough power to run. Can you get to OS with ondoard gpu? Try also swithing gpu to second pcie slot to test if slot is faulty.
