Asus A68HM No Post

Lets start off with:

I've been watching LTT for years.

I've built a couple of computers before.

 

I am struggling with a no post situation, and I've done everything I can think of. I get no display out, no usb power, and no post codes. I do get ps2 mouse power, ethernet power, fans spinning, and power led.

 

System:

Asus a68hm-e --bios 0203 (new)

Athlon x4 845 (new)

Corsair 2gb ram (new)

Evga GT 730 (known good) 

Corsair cx750m (known good)

 

I plugged in a case speaker, and yes the vga/hdmi is plugged into the evga.

 

Things I've tried:

Every combination of cpu, ram, and gpu --no post codes

No components, just mobo --no post codes

usb and ps2 mouse keyboard

tv and monitor --vga and hdmi both separate and simultaneous

multiple power ons (about 5-10 over 2 days)

evga gt 710 (known good)

I know you say the Evga gt710 is ok but the motherboard does have on-board video have you tried without the GPU and I can see that you have done everything else then maybe you motherboard or DOA then or your PSU and if it is your PSU then the  Corsair cx has had it's 3rd bad PSU on LTT forum cause you would be number 3 on failed PSU of that line.
